Bob Hall (left), the last living alumnus from the chapter’s first class of initiates, with fellow Delta Lambda Advisory Board member Doug Russell.
Brother Bob Hall (left) was the last living alumnus from Delta Lambda's first class of initiates on March 5, 1949. Brother Hall remained an active member of the chapter’s Alumni Advisory Board right up to his passing in 2020. He was a great inspiration to the young men in the chapter and fellow alumni alike, and is missed by all.
Delta Lambda Colony 1948
The first composite for the Pike Colony at Florida State, which was formally installed on March 5, 1949.
Brother Ken McLean (fifth row from the top, third from right end) held the distinction of
catching the first pass in Seminoles Football history.
Brother Bob Hall (fourth row from the top, far left end), was the last living alumnus from
the chapter’s first class of initiates. He passed on into Chapter Eternal in 2020.
