HOME of THE FLORIDA STATE PIKES

While he was likely unaware of the significance at the time, Florida State Head Coach Link Jarrett set into motion an unprecedented achievement in Division 1 athletics when he turned in his lineup card prior to the Seminoles taking on the Michigan Wolverines. As it turned out, six Delta Lambda Pike brothers were included in the game’s starting lineup, with two other Pikes awaiting their turns to contribute from the bullpen. Too bad they didn’t formalize the occasion by holding a quck chapter meeting out on the pitcher’s mound! Still a pretty awesome achievement, though!
